On this site you will have access to much of the information that the Sutton Solar Action Group (SSAG) has collated since learning of the proposed Springdale Large-scale Solar Energy Generating Facility in late 2017.

Our aim is to provide the community with an opportunity to review what we have found to show how inappropriate this proposed development is for the site.

The Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) which went on exhibition on 18 July 2018 even fails to meet the majority of the New South Wales governments own legislation, policies and guidelines.

With so many errors and omissions in the EIS the SSAG decided the best way to share our findings would be to provide a news item each month in the Sutton Chatter.
